So you’ve downloaded the app, maybe you used to have the app, maybe you are thinking about downloading the app, well here are some answers to questions you may have
I have the app already, now I have updated, it's asking for an email - I have never had to submit this before?
All users including previous users will be now be directed to sign up page with the application . By signing up, this will simply be your log in email and password for the app.
Why do we now have to enter an email address?
We have updated the application and are now offering this as a free application including 10 free workouts. We have also updated the application with a PREMIUM option – The PREMIUM Application will unlock 7 additional workouts for a monthly fee, so 17 tracks in total.
I love the app and only want the free workouts – Can I just do that?
Of course, once downloaded you have access to the 10 workouts.
I have forgot my password - what happens?
An email will be sent to their registered email address with us to reset their app password. Please note you MUST sign up as a new user – Even if you had the old app, you would need to sign up with email as this is a NEW app and you are signing up with an email address for the first time.
Does my email address need to be the same as my apple id / android log in email?
No it does not – you can have any email address for the app when you register.
I have had the app for some time AND I bought extra tracks – Will I still have access to these tracks without signing up for PREMIUM version?
YES you will. If you have had the app before AND purchased extra tracks then there will be an option to restore these previously paid for tracks - Once the current users have updated the application, you have to navigate to "My Profile" and hit "Restore purchases" which will unlock all their purchased workouts.
I am nervous about “signing” up with an email address – Does this mean I automatically go to PREMIUM and need to manually cancel PREMIUM?
All users, (previous and brand new) will need to “sign up” to access the new app. Signing up is FREE and you will get access to the 10 workout tracks FREE. ONLY IF YOU CLIEKC AND SIGN UP TO PREMIUM, would you be charged for any workouts - PREMIUM can be cancelled at anytime IF you sign up and wish to no longer access the additional workouts. PREMIUM App gives you an additional 7 workouts PLUS more to be added ongoing for the duration of time you keep the PREMIUM version.
I used my work email address or email address I will no longer have access to what can I do?
You would just simply head to “My Profile” where you can update your profile by changing their email, phone, full name, etc. They can change their password from My Profile.
I have an older iPhone – will the app still work?
Yes it is compatible with all iOS devices.
Will the app work on iPad?
Yes it will.
What is the size of the new app – do I need a lot of storage?
The size of the new app is 30 MB and the workouts will be stored on the cloud – NOT the app.
Do users need the internet to download apps?
Yes, as with all app downloads you will need an internet connection to download the app.
Once I have the app, will I need internet access to use the app?
The first time you do any of the workouts, you will need internet initially – After that, and after you have done the workout once, you will then have the workout stored and not need internet access to use the app. Example, there are 10 x free workouts in the app. Once you do your first workout, the app will then download to cloud and store the information that you have already done / downloaded the workout meaning you would NOT need internet access to do that workout again…. This is the same for all the workouts.
